The Scottish Government has asked CELCIS to develop Practice Guidance to accompany some legislative changes to uphold the rights and meet the needs of brothers and sisters with care experience. Most of these legislative changes are due to come into force on 26 July 2021, under the Children (Scotland) Act 2020.<\/p>\n
Celcis (a member of Stand Up For Siblings) would like to hear your views on these changes to help inform this Practice Guidance through an online survey, which is now live. The survey consists of 15 questions and should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. Click\u00a0<\/span>here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to take part.
